Our apartment "la Nonna"

Since winter we have our 4 person apartment "La Nonna" in use. Fun fact: we named the apartment so because the grandmother of the family used to live here. You see this a lot in Italy. grandpa and Grandma do not go to a senior home but stay with the family in a separate living space, so easy!

in the summer of 2023 we started the renovation of this apartment. When we were finally able to move to CasaDaEfde we found an apartment that was not really suitable for modern wishes. The apartment is now equipped with all the luxuries that contribute to giving you an unforgettable holiday. As soon as you enter you are embraced by the atmosphere that radiates cosiness and warmth!

During the renovation, we tried to revive old materials as much as possible. this creates an authentic atmosphere in a modern way. Of course, this is also an eco-friendly solution. Why get rid of a beautiful wooden beam if you can also reuse it?

All installations have been replaced and will be powered by our own solar farm. Cooking via induction and the hot water comes directly from the heat pump boiler. for the warm days it is wonderful to stay due to the conditioned temperature, fresh in summer and warm in winter

The apartment consists of a living room with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Large fridge, induction hob and dishwasher. Next to it there is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed. In addition, there is a spacious master bedroom and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo + hairdryer. In the master bedroom there is a possibility to place a 1 person bed or cot.
